How we make it
- 01
Blocks are lifted from our own quarries at Ralayati and graded for density and shade before they enter the plant.

Slabs are gang-sawn, then calibrated so thickness stays within tolerance across the whole batch.

The machine cut treatment is applied on dedicated machinery, then every piece is edge-trimmed and inspected.
- 04
Pieces are shade-sorted, wrapped and crated for road or container dispatch.
Best for
Large-format contracts, commercial fit-outs, projects on a tight laying schedule.
Where not to use it
Rustic schemes that want irregular, hand-dressed edges.
Care and maintenance
Sweep loose grit regularly and clean with a pH-neutral floor cleaner. Avoid acidic descalers, which etch limestone.
Pricing
Machine cutting adds a small premium per square foot, which is usually repaid in reduced site wastage and faster laying.
Common questions
Is Machine Cut Kota Stone suitable for outdoor use?
It depends on the slip rating of the finish. Textured finishes such as natural, brushed, sandblasted and shot-blasted are the safest outdoors; high-gloss finishes should stay indoors.
What thicknesses are available?
20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm as standard, plus custom thickness on project orders.
Do you ship outside Rajasthan?
Yes. We dispatch by road across India and by container for export, direct from our plant in Jhalawar.
