This website presents information about our Kota Stone products, finishes, sizes and manufacturing capability. By using the site you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content, images or product photography for commercial use without our written permission.

Kota Stone is a natural limestone. Colour, veining, tonal depth and surface character vary between blocks, quarries and production batches. Photographs, swatches and designer tile images on this site are indicative only and cannot represent exact shade or texture. We recommend approving a physical sample or a batch inspection before placing bulk orders.

Stated sizes, thicknesses and tolerances are nominal and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances for natural stone.

Submitting an enquiry or quotation request through this website does not create a contract. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to material availability, quarry output, freight rates and applicable taxes. An order is confirmed only once we issue a written proforma invoice or order confirmation and the agreed advance is received.

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on processing schedules and transport availability. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk in the goods passes on loading at our despatch point. Claims for shortage, breakage or visible defects must be raised in writing within seven days of delivery, with photographs, before the material is laid or processed further.

We are not responsible for the workmanship of third-party contractors, for installation methods, laying mortar, sealing, waterproofing or maintenance carried out at your site, or for damage arising from unsuitable site conditions or chemical cleaning agents.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any supply is limited to the invoice value of the affected material. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including project delays, labour costs or loss of profit.

All content on this website, including text, layout, photographs and marks, belongs to Patidar Stones or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan.
